Weather Conditions

Description

This checks the current weather around a Location. When multiple parameters are specified then they act as a logical AND between them (ex. If the temperature is 25 C and it is raining).

As all of these parameters are measured all of these parameters are ranges. Minimums and maximums can be used on their own to specify a less than or greater than relationship.
