    We just ran through the setup steps with a new .zip file and it seems to work. Maybe you could send us your project and we’ll take a look?

    So I just tried your app config and I got both tours. Try bypassing the login screen by changing the “Dynamic Config” setting to “No” to see if that helps. Also check your Scripts (Menu -> Settings -> Scripts) to see if those are loading properly.

    Those warnings are usually not a big deal, although it’s a little strange that Mapbox Location Cache Driver is missing. That shouldn’t be able to cause the tours to disappear, but it’s something we’d want to figure out.

    No problem!

    1. Are there any more errors in the console? You may need to delete the Poly node entirely.

    2. Can you send a snapshot of your App Config?

    For now you can probably just remove the “Google Poly” node from the “App” node in your template just to make sure it works. If you’d like to use the Google Poly features, we can add that back in and get you the right license.

    This is quite a new feature and the documents haven’t been updated. Since we tested with Poly already configured, we must have missed this issue. We’ll get a fix in ASAP.

    Hi George – sounds like there must be some errors in your build, possibly related to Google Poly. Could you let me know if there are any error messages in the console?

    You should be able to do this with:

    1. A frame with a timer condition on it that waits 24 hours, then
    2. A “replay frame” with the “reset” option that points back at the frame that starts the quest

    Hi Jason – there’s no obvious way to do this, it would take some clever animation. We are working on building out our animations and there might be a more straightforward way to do this when we have the new feature implemented.

    Hi Vishal – once the location has been created, you’ll need to create a Script to activate your item at the location. I realize this tutorial doesn’t show you those steps. It may help to go through the walkthroughs. Have you had a chance to try those? They will show you step-by-step how to create an AR item at a specific location.

    Hey Patrick, you should definitely be able to make this work using an Inspector with a Screen Message and responses. You could even target the object with a “talking” animation each time you push a new Inspector to make it look like the character is talking.

    There’s a bit of info about Inspectors here, but this is definitely an area that needs fuller documentation:

    Hey Jason – in the default template you can add an image that will appear to the left of the text. You could pretty easily change the template so that the image filled the whole cell, though, but it would require some Unity work.

    Hi Vishal,

    You don’t need to use Vuforia if you just want to position items based on lat/long. Here’s a tutorial on how to do it:

    Hey Jason – any changes you make to the markers requires a new database to be uploaded.
